Cummins electronically controlled engine meets the third stage emission requirements of national non-road machinery. It is intelligent, efficient, versatile and low maintenance cost.Hydraulic mechanical torque converter uses external shunt machinery and hydraulic output, which has the characteristics of hydraulic transmission that can automatically adapt to the change of load and good mechanical transmission performance, and improves transmission efficiency.
Power shift gearbox adopts planetary wheel structure, which has high transmission efficiency. The gearbox clutch adopts multi-plate wet type, oil pressure combination, spring separation, pressure oil lubrication and cooling clutch.
Steering and braking clutch are adjustable-free, wet multi-plate clutch. Brake clutch is often combined and steering clutch is often separated. A lock brake device is designed to keep the whole machine in braking state when starting the engine, which enhances the safety of the whole machine
The final drive is a two-stage planetary deceleration mechanism, which is installed outside the steering and braking clutch. The combined chain teeth have compact structure. When repairing the final transmission, it is not necessary to open the crawler and the walking frame, so it is convenient to repair, disassemble and assemble.
The driving sprocket is separated from the walking frame and arranged on the same axis as the final drive and steering brake clutch. The tracked track is triangular, eliminating the impact load directly transmitted from the ground to the driving sprocket, and increasing the service life of the transmission system by 30%.The modular design of transmission parts reduces the link of assembly station and facilitates disassembly and maintenance.
The semi-rigid suspension device is used in the walking system, and the pivot type is used to replace the traditional eight-shaped beam structure, which improves the connection stiffness between the traveling frame and the frame.The cylinder of the working device is arranged near the vertical ground of the fuselage, which improves the shoveling force of the shovel cutter and reduces the pressure of the system. The oblique support structure makes the shovel blade close to the fuselage, precisely bulldozes and controls the load.
Work device pilot control, overall lifting device operation reliability, effectively reduce the low failure rate. Manipulation is labor-saving, action is sensitive, feel is soft, reduce the labor intensity of operators.
The newly developed cab has upgraded its interior in an all-round way, and has been strengthened in sealing, shock absorption and noise control to improve driver comfort. Selection of integrated imported instrumentation, automobile-like design, abandon the original circular individual instrumentation, display information is broader and clearer.
More humanized air conditioning layout and system are adopted to improve driver's comfort.
